NORMALLY PNEUMATIC ACTUATORS AND PNEUMATIC OR ELECTROPNEUMATIC POSITIONERS ARE MOUNTED, THOUGH THERE IS ALSO THE POSSIBILITY OF USING REGULATING ELECTRIC ACTUATORS WITH A 4-20 mA SIGNAL.

SOMAS® BUTTERFLY CONTROL VALVES
SOMAS® butterfly valve, type VSS is used as a control, on/off and shut-off valve. The VSS valve is designed to handle a wide range of liquids, gases and steam within a broad temperature range.
The valves have an advanced triple eccentric design including a unique shape of the disc allowing the use of a solid stainless steel seat. The solid seat remains unaffected by high flow velocities and temperatures. A good valve function is achieved even on difficult applications.
The seat is replaceable in alternative materials. The VSS valve can be mounted between flanges and is also supplied in lugged design. The SOMAS® valves are delivered ready for installation and operation.
The valve assemblies are delivered factory tested as complete units with actuators, positioners and accessories.

DTM SERIES
Ultimate rotary control valve which enables accurate control of high differential pressures incorporating anti-cavitation and low noise characteristics. The DTM Valve can provide a 30 dBA reduction in noise eliminating cavitation problems and associated damage to the piping and equipment compared to conventional valves. The DTM valve is also available with a RPTFE seat which provides zero leakage to ISO 5208 Rate A.

507V/508V SERIES
The anti-cavitation toothed disc is suitable on many critical control applications, where cavitation and noise issues are a problem. This unique disc design will provide the end user with higher control accuracy and noise reduction from up to 5 to 10 dBA.

SOMAS® BALL SEGMENT VALVE
The ball segment valve is first and foremost a control valve offering excellent tightness at closed
position. The properties of this valve makes it useful for most applications. In combination with
SOMAS® pneumatic actuators and positioners the result is a flexible unit with a wide control range.

• Good tightness in IEC 534-4 Class V as standard with Stellite seat and IEC 534-4 class VI with
PTFE seat.

equations.

FIP THERMOPLASTIC CONTROL VALVES VKR
The new V KR indeed combines the well known features of reliability and safety
typical of VKD ball valve with a new function dedicated to the regulation of the
flow in a precise and repeatable way.
With the new VKR metering and regulating two way ball valves, FIP adds an
important element to the already wide range of ball valves DUAL BLOCK® for
industrial applications.
VKR handle is equipped with a position indication plate with a graduated scale of
5° detail which allows a clear and accurate reading.

Valve usable in any Position self Drain
The Saunders® valve can be installed in any position without affecting the operation. However,
