Aseptic Diaphragm Valves (HC4)
The aseptic diaphragm valve is the most important control component in today’s biopharmaceutical process systems.
In standard 2-way or fabricated body configurations, as well as machined bio-blocks.
Body material: Stainless Steel 316L or cast St. Steel DIN 1.4435 manufactured to achieve low ferrite levels of less than 0.5% maximum.
Valve body: Cavity-free and self-draining. Complies with EN 10204 3.1 and ASME BPE
Size range: DN 8 to DN 100 (1/4” – 4”)
Operation: Manual or Pneumatic actuated (EC, ECX or S360 series), with a complete range of accessories for remote control systems

| SAUNDERS WFB TYPE VALVES FOR MARINE AND FIREFIGHTING APPLICATTIONS |

The WFB valve is a weir type diaphragm valve developed to overcome conventional valve problems on fire fighting, tank cleaning and wash-down on land or sea, wherever guaranteed valve operation is needed.
Materials: SG Iron and ‘Gunmetal’
Connections:
- Flanges: BS 10, BS 4504, DIN 86021 or ANSI B16.24 Class 150 (Gunmetal) or EN 1092-2 PN 16 or ANSI B16.1 Class 150 (SG Iron)
- Body options: Screwed BS 21RP / Flanged, ANFT 7.5 TPI (American National Fire thread) male or female, other screwed and flanged connections available on request

The Saunders® S360 piston actuator permits remote operation of the valve, either as an alternative to manual operation or as an integral part of a control system. The S360 is a compact, lightweight, piston-type pneumatic actuator which has been developed to deliver superior performance for sterile BioPharm applications.
The Saunders® S360 housing is manufactured from polished 316 Stainless Steel producing a robust design, a clean OD profile and an attractive appearance. It can withstand typical industry wash down regimes.
The S360 is a piston-type actuator that provides reliable performance, high cycle life, lower air consumption and more compact design versus diaphragm type actuators.
The modular design offers two different spring- to-close versions; the S360 Lite with compact, lightweight design for typical applications and the S360 Power for maximum high pressure duty or for severe closure applications.
The S360 range also includes spring to open and double acting variations. All models have a bright yellow visual indicator as standard.
